More Welcome Messages

Adult Education - Catholicism 201

Catholicism 201 is a video lecture series on Catholic doctrine that has been designed to follow the popular Alpha Course.  The program is built around a shared meal, the "movie" or lecture and a discussion session and also includes a weekend retreat.  Find out about Catholic teachings on subjects such as the Church, the Sacraments, Mary and the Saints and the "thorny issues" such as contraception and gay marriage.
Welcome to Saint Vincent de Paul Parish!

Enjoy your time with us, whether for a weekend or a lifetime! We are looking forward to meeting you, and to sharing with you in the joys and sufferings of being Christ to the world. That's our calling! Join us in this extraordinary mission!

Every time we think of you, we thank our God...

A Message from Our Pastor

"I pray not only for them, but also for those who will believe in me because of their message. Father may they be one....May they be one, so that the world may believe it was you who sent me." John 17: 20 - 21

With these words of Christ, we welcome you to St. Vincent de Paul Parish website. Our parish is a faith community based on the Person and Ministry of Christ, and the principles of Christian Love and Unity. In our Eucharistic celebration and ministries, we strive to let these foundations of our faith radiate in our words and actions by reaching out to everyone, young and old, especially those who struggle in any way. We are also keen on issues of human dignity and social justice.

We invite you to become part of our Church family, and if you can, get involved in any of our many parish ministries. If you are interested in any of the ministries, please call the parish office. If you are new to the area, we would love to get to know you. Thanks.

Fr. Chinedu Chukwu, Parish Priest
